Teletherapy with Children on the Autism Spectrum

Clinicians will learn new tools and exercises that can be applied to teletherapy sessions with children on the Autism Spectrum.  When we use strategies that are effective for children on the Autism Spectrum, we are also learning strategies that can be generalized when doing teletherapy with any child. By including structure, mindfulness, and reinforcement, clinicians will have more successful sessions with the children they are helping. 

 After attending this workshop, attendees will be able to 

• Learn strategies to keep children with varying needs engaged
• Explore the use of structure, play, and breaks for successful teletherapy.
