 Topic: A Close Look at Criminal Law in MN State Court 

Navigating the criminal court system may seem like a daunting task.  Each stage of the process brings its own issues and options for next steps.  During this discussion, we'll examine the criminal procedure process from arrest through the end of a case.

Speakers: Caroline Durham, Esq. 

Caroline Durham has been a criminal defense lawyer for more than 20 years. She served as an Assistant Federal Defender for almost 10 years and has worked for the Anoka and Hennepin County Public Defender Offices at different points in her career. A 1990 graduate of Tulane Law School, she has served as adjunct faculty at William Mitchell Law School and Hamline Law School, teaching Trial Advocacy.
